V-380 UV GROUND COAT


A special coating used to seal the surface of the paper prior to UV coating to achieve consistent maximum gloss.

V-254 LOW COST OVERPRINT VARNISH


This inexpensive coating provides protection from abrasion and has a glossy finish.

V-420 HIGH GLOSS OVERPRINT VARNISH


This coating provides high gloss and maximum abrasion resistance.

V-453* VERSAFLEX BARRIER COAT


A multifunctional coating that provides oil, grease, and water resistance to corrugated paper. This coating is F.D.A. approved for direct food contact.
V-462* VERSAFLEX RELEASE COATING


This heat resistant coating imparts a non-stick characteristic when properly applied to a corrugated sheet.

V-460* VERSAFLEX HIGH SLIP COATING


A coating with a low coefficient of friction for use when high slip or abrasion resistance is required.

ADDITIVES


V-65 ALCOHOL


Use to increase drying speed and ink penetration.


V-64 GLYCOL


Use to slow drying speed, especially useful in very hot weather.

V-201 ANTIFOAM


Use to eliminate foam caused by excessive agitation.

V-391 PIN HOLE
COMPOUND


This additive is used to reduce surface tension for better coverage and trapping capability.

V-402 BODY VARNISH


Use to build viscosity and color intensity.

V-458 REDUCING VARNISH


Use in place of water to reduce viscosity without washing out color strength.
